What we do:   For the past 17 years, Aries Precision Products   has consistently provided industry with machining   services of the highest possible quality, on time and on schedule. We machine all types of materials; ferritic steels, stainless steels, aerospace alloys, cast iron, aluminum, copper alloys, and plastics.   We do prototypes, fixtures, sub-assemblies, small weldments, gages, short and medium-run production.     


In-house processes:   

Milling, Turning, Surface Grinding, Sandblasting, Welding, Polishing, Cleaning. All other processes are outsourced.               


Welding capabilities: Small sized weldments (approx. 6" x 6" x 6")  of Aluminum, Stainless and Carbon Steels.

Aries' maximum machined size: CNC Milling: 18"H × 18"W × 36"L   CNC Turning: 17"Ø × 18"L   

Manual Milling: 6"H × 8"W × 16"L   

Manual Turning: 10"Ø × 24"L   

Manual Surface Grinding: 6"H × 11"W × 22"L               

Aries uses SmartCAM v11.5 for CNC mill programming. Aries can receive electronic drawings via FTP (account required for FTP server access) or via email.
