Amos Industries has been producing quality components in Asia since 1999. Amos only works with foundries, machine shops and factories that have passed our rigorous quality standards. Amos develops long term relationships with our suppliers. As we work with these factories, we learn their strengths and capabilities so that er can be confident in their ability to make your parts.

In addition to our long term suppliers, Amos has built our own investment casting foundry in Qingdao, China. This foundry opened in June, 2007. Currently, we have 125 employees in China and are pouring 150 tons of steel per month.

One service we can offer is logistics and warehouse support. We have supplier managers in our Warrenville, IL office and at our overseas facilities in China and Taiwan. They are dedicated to ensuring that your parts arrive on time.

In addition to vendor management, we can tailor our logistics and warehousing to meet your unique requirements. We have an 8000 square foot warehouse attached to our Warrenville, IL facility to support your inventory and just in time needs.

Also, we have engineering support on site in Warrenville, IL. We use Solidworks internally, and we have viewers and translators for most other CAD file formats. We can evaluate your current design for manufacturability (DFM) We have a staff of engineers ready to assist you with your design.

Finally, we have quality/project management here at Warrenville. In order to ensure the quality of the parts from overseas, we have bi-lingual engineers on staff that will interface with you and communicate your requirements to the factory. Other quality services include process development, process auditing and PPAP generation.
