Our primary specialty is Metal Stamping, and our facility is designed for building and running progressive dies. Our materials list includes: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and all types of Alloy Steel, Ductile Iron and Grey Iron. In AL extrustions, our specialty is our in-house fabrication of extrusions by machining, welding, forming, stamping, CNC sawing, bending, heat treating, packaging and delivery.
Our shop floor houses state of the art machinery, such as, Stamping presses up to 400T, Injection molding presses from 100T to 1500T, 4-station rotary vaccum forming machine, Laser cutters, CNC press brakes, Robotic welders, CNC horizontal an vertical mills. CNC punch presses and muliti-spindle screw machines. 900T & 1100T die cast presses.
