Advanced Machine and Tool
Advanced Machine and Tool was established in 1978 and is AS9100:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 Registered. AM&T provides high precision machine shop services for the Power Generation Industry, Oil and Gas Refinement, Amusement Park Safety Components, Military Contracts and a variety of similar industries. Our 35000 sq ft air conditioned facility contains 27 Mazak Machine Centers. The capacity of our largest machine center is 55" x 78". There are 7 CNC Lathes including 3 VTL’s with capacities of 68” in diameter and live tooling (see attached facilities list). Our other services are waterjet cutting 72" x 144", blanchard grinding up to 42" diameter. Our Quality system conforms to AS9100 and our inspection department has 4 CMM's to monitor quality. AM&T has an excellent quality record with many major manufacturers and has recently been awarded a lifetime achievement award for services provided to Siemens Energy. AM&T is blessed with a wonderful group of highly skilled employees, top of the line equipment and an excellent quality system to insure we exceed the expectations of the toughest customers.
