AcuCut, Inc.

Founded in 1978, AcuCut was one of the first job shops to use Wire EDM. Early on, we correctly predicted that there would be a high demand for this process, and, ever since, we have continued to upgrade our equipment to provide our customers with the benefits of the latest technology.

Recognizing that there were instances where it would be more practical to use a laser to cut a part, we purchased our first laser cutting machine in 1985, to supplement our Wire EDM service. AcuCuts capabilities increased again in 1987, when we began to use CNC Sinker EDM and CNC Small Hole EDM Drilling.

In 1996, AcuCut began to offer general machining to complement our other services. Today, we can cut, assemble and complete a part. We can handle all aspects of a project from start to finish, including material procurement, heat treating, plating and metal forming.
