Since 1983, Able Barmilling & Mfg., Inc. has been serving the machining manufacturing industry, producing custom profiles on standard barstock in lengths to 24 ft. and in a variety of raw materials, including mild carbon steel and alloys, stainless steel, aluminum, copper & brass, hi-temp nickel alloys, tools steel, titanium, cast iron, and some solid plastics. In addition, we provide production sawing, deburring, and full, in-house secondary machining for complete parts manufacturing.

We have an extensive vendor list for value added services, such as heat treating, anodizing, plating and polishing, to provide our customers with a one-stop purchasing experience.

Our barmilling process is ideal as an alternative to extruding for low volume or prototype runs. We will make just 1 bar if that is your requirement.
