In southern Sweden you will find the family company, AB Lundbergs Pressgjuteri. Since 1947 we have gained a skilled knowledge, which in combination with a broad contact network of skilled toolmakers and surface treatment specialists, allow us to offer our customers comprehensive deliveries of quality High-pressure Die-castings in Aluminium and Zinc. Our goal, through modern and automated production methods, is to have a well-functioning quality assurance system and active internal and external environmental work  and to be able to maintain our good reputation as a foundry for another 50 years.

Through automated die cast cells with Shot Control and robot cells equipped with Vision Technology, we control the entire production process both in the CNC-department and in the foundry. Vacuum diecasting makes possible the manufacture of casting goods that have thinner walls, less porosity and a finer surface than ever before. Casting method: High-pressure diecasting with vacuum. Castingweights max 8 kg in Aluminium, max 2 kg in Zinc.

Typical products: Chassis for circuitboards, thinwalled cover and coolingplates, motor housings,  feeders with stringent surface fineness requirements, valve housings. Weldable HPDC castings in Aluminium.
