Semiconductor – At 3D And D we have been providing outstanding and tight tolerances +/-.0001" parts those incorporated with semiconducting industrial equipment such as:
Robot Arm housing, prototype chamfer housing with gas running through welded grooves.
Solar industrial – Machined thin copper film for high heat capacity reaction testing and G10 programmed PC boards with robot drills function.

Medical Devices – We machined Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for most medical devices prototype/ fixtures. Controlling Polytetrafluoroethylene not to be contaminated from oil and hands’ moisturize when bringing clean room and 3D And D have been involved with R&D medical devices engineers to resolve the issues in successful way.
Machined medical devices fixtures for doctors’ prototype such as braided nitinol wires with pebax laminated. We machine parts with vacuum technology to comply ISO9001 and ISO 13485.
At 3D And D we manufacture Teflon medical devices fixtures monthly. Dedicated only CNC equipment running for the job and maintaining equipment semi-monthly to reduce and prevent contamination.

Reverse Engineering – At 3D And D we now have a dedicated reverse engineering teams which to improve manufacturing parts fast and less cost, we also work with customers’ R&D department to enhance their developments.
In some unusual situations customers’ equipment break down and 3D And D will reverse engineer parts those they need within a week. We do have equipment like other and we understand how expensive to have equipment long break down time waiting for parts to replace within weeks.
