For over 25 years, Loudon Machine has provided the printing industry with high quality bindery equipment and unparalleled customer service. We specialize in Harris-Sheridan-Heidelberg saddle stitch equipment and parts. Established in 1982, with the owner having 17 years previous machining experience, 10 years bindery experience, and influenced by the close proximity of two of the world’s dominant printing companies, Loudon quickly matured into what has become the leading supplier of remanufactured bindery equipment for the printing industry.  We are located in Effingham, IL. in a 34,000 square foot temperature controlled building.  Within our building there is a warehouse, assembly area and a machine shop. In the machine shop we have 2 Okuma mills, an Okuma crown big bore lathe, and a compliment of conventional machines with 4 very talented machinist.  We also have 2 electricians and 5 assemblers/road crew. We use Inventor and AutoCAD to help us custom design parts, equipment and upgrades for our customers.  We also use a FARO arm to help us do our reverse engineering.  We are a family owned business and we invite you to become a part of it.
