Jacksonville Advanced Machining, LLC. is ISO 9001:2008 Company located in a 6800 sq.ft. facility in Jacksonville, Florida. The business was organized to meet the high tech machining requirements of our customers demanding components having complicated designs and superior quality. We started our business in the fall of 2004 with two 16mm cnc swiss screw machines and have grown to a nine machine company in three years. We have invested in Star and Tsugami swiss type cnc screw machines ranging from 10mm to 32mm in diameter. Larger diameter turn/mill work is performed on a Eurotech Quattroflex 710 SLL and Kia Super Turn 21LMS Mill/Turn centers . Milling needs are satisfied with a Daewoo machining center. We have a passivation and engraving done in house. Heat treatement and plating needs of parts produced are provided by certified suppliers. Our process are well documented and controlled and maintained. We are well versed in statistical quality control techniques like SPC, six sigma and Taguchi's parameter design of experiments. We will work with customers to establish long term relationships by providing the best value on all components produced.
