Accurate Machine and Tool Co., Inc. was founded in 1991 by President Jimmie Wilder. The company began as a one man job-shop manufacturing endeavor, and has grown into one of the most reliable contract manufacturing companies in the Southeast.

Over 10 years of experience in making precision-machined parts has given Accurate Machine the knowledge and skills to provide its customers with the best professional machining services. Their machines are designed to produce close tolerance, burr, and tip-free parts. They offer a wide range of material geometries that can serve a great number of industrial needs. Accurate Machine has worked with a variety of industries, including: electronics, turf care, pharmaceutical, environmental, automation robotics, cellular phone, and packaging.

Accurate Machine cooperates with customers to explore the economics of both high and low volume production. They are well acquainted with producing prototypes, mass orders, and can accommodate situations of urgent need. They can also operate using your company’s prints, sketches, or old parts to offer design assistance.

They have a fully staffed quality department, headed by a full-time Quality Coordinator as well as a full time inspector. At Accurate Machine & Tool, we do a wide variety of work, including mold machining, building of proprietary machinery, prototype and CNC production of machined parts in low to high volume. Our customers are in the aerospace, automation-robotics, electronics, packaging, environmental, pharmaceutical, and other high-tech industries. Quality Department 
Accurate Machine & Tool Company provides a fully staffed Quality department with a full time Quality Coordinator as well as a full time inspector. In addition to the list below we have a QA lab which is continually evolving as customer requirements change. It is currently stocked with the full compliment of inspection equipment, thread gages and hand tools. The inspection system currently complies with MIL-I-45208. The calibration system is MIL-STD-45662 compliant and we are on the road to being ISO9001 compliant for both systems.
