A-1 Production is ISO9001:2008 Certified. As of 2011 we are also Certified as a HubZone Business and Woman Owned and Operated. A-1 Production does all machining here in our Plant in Kendallville, IN, USA.
Outside operations such as heat treating, plating, coatings, and various testing required are done by approved sources in our area. We have CNC lathes with live tooling to complete parts in a single operation. We have the experience you need to ensure quality parts that you can count on.
Our skills and abilities include turning and milling of castings made from various materials. Among our specialties are working with Stainless Steel, drilling of long holes and hardened and ground bushings.
