With a service record to many of our principals of over 25 years and an average employee tenure exceeding 15 years, Lupton Associates has grown to become a leading solutions provider in the North American Manufacturing Industry. Today the firm is led by Alan Lupton II and Graham Smith. Al Lupton Sr continues to work as a consultant to the organization and provides valuable insight and knowledge from his 40 plus years of industry experience.
