F&H is a supplier of prototypes, molds, plastic parts, metal parts and assembled products located in Mainland China. F&H specializes in new product development, as well as mold design, and variety molding. "We awarded this project on May 3, 2010Payment was sent for tooling deposit on May 18, 2010There were some communication errors on part of the supplier in regards to what our exact requirements were, however I was assured that they were resolved before we sent our deposit.After a request for engineering drawings on the mould design was placed, there was an email sent from this supplier to request confirmation of some design elements on June 3, 2010.This communication resolved the design issues and it became clear that the bid given by this supplier did not meet our specifications. The supplier chose to tool our runner holding the parts together (disposable) and not the required product (usable). They are unable to tool the required product effectively. They did start the mould however failed to give us engineering drawings on the design as we requested before doing so in regards to the orientation of the main product being tooled.We sent additional information and some engineering data from other quotations on this product. As of June 21, 2010 we have not received any response or refund on our tooling deposit.We feel it is unwise to do business with this company has they have misquoted the job, given poor communication and refuse to refund our money even though they admit they cannot do the job properly.Christopher Howard, PresidentRailflyer Model Prototypes Inc."
