Advantage Plastics is a full service plastic injection molding company. We design and build aluminum and steel molds, as well as manufacture plastic parts using most forms of plastics and thermoplastics. Advantage Plastics began business in 1990. With cumulative plastics experience of more than 100 years we have grown to be a primary supplier of plastic parts to several different industries including appliance, medical and furniture manufacturers. We can assist in developing a product for fit, function and overall appearance. We can provide solid models and detailed drawings as necessary. We have an engineering staff with the experience to provide design assistance to make the product less expensive to manufacture. This is achieved by removing unnecessary material, suggesting lower cost materials, and making design recommendations that remove manufacturing steps and reduce cycle times. We utilize "Green" Principals in both the Injection Molding & Mold Making aspects of our company. We recommend and utilize recycled plastic resins where practical. We also refurbish previously used mold bases with new wear components to both save our customers tooling costs and to do our part for the environment. We work diligently to produce quality products while meeting Customer deadlines at a cost effective price.
